We take great pride in making people happy through our food. We share our passion for deliciously prepared meals prepared with organic and nutritious ingredients that are typical of the Mediterranean diet. Guests enjoy a robust regional breakfast every morning and have the option to reserve for dinner each evening. Antonio is an accomplished home cook who brings years of experience – including time spent in restaurants in the Basque Country -- to the Cortijo’s wellequipped kitchen.

The traditional cuisine served at the Cortijo consistently receives positive comments from guests over the years; descriptions have ranged from delicious to harmonious and original, familiar and restorative. The high quality of ingredients is essential.
Our homemade bread is baked every morning with or without cereals, we use olive oil produced from our own olives and serve freshly gathered vegetables from our own kitchen garden. Everything is organic and either grown at the Cortijo or procured from the highest quality producers in the region.

If you need to depart early or plan an outing that involves a full day away, it will be our pleasure to prepare a delicious picnic breakfast that you can enjoy on the road.

A different seasonal menu is offered each night at the Cortijo and can be reserved by 12:00 pm on the same day. It is made up of starters, a main course and a dessert.

We can adapt to the guests’ dietary needs with prior notice, and are happy to prepare delicious and healthy vegetarian or gluten-free meals as needed.

The Cortijo also offers a thoughtfully chosen list of wines and beers from which to choose, with a special emphasis on those produced in Andalusia.

NOTE:

  • To give a better service, people wishing to have dinner at the farmhouse should communicate this in advance (before 12,00).
  • Meals are exclusively offered to guests of the inn. Breakfast is offered every morning of the week; dinner can be reserved Monday through Saturday.
