Dining
We offer breakfast and dinner. In order to give a good service, people who would like to have dinner in the Cortijo, must tell the owners in advance.
According to seasons, natural local produce is used.
Our cuisine, based on our traditional cooking, is open to other influences in order to please our guests.
The Cortijo has a small but well stocked wine cellar where some of the most recognized wines are found.
For breakfast we offer the following: milk, coffee, chocolate, infusions, fruit juices, homemade pastry, natural jams, bread, butter, thyme honey, cheese, ham, oil, cereals, fruit and yoghurt.
For those people who want the andalusian breakfast, we offer “mollete” (a traditional bread roll) with olive oil, grilled tomato, fried free range eggs and “iberico” ham. (9 €).
We also offer a personal dining service: according to guests preferences and if the Cortijo is fully occupied, we can prepare a Christmas or New Year’s menu. At least a month prior booking is necessary. Prices will be according to requested service and an advanced payment will be required to guarantee the reservation.
